Sustainability Award

The annual Courier Food & Drink Awards once again celebrated the best culinary talent across Tayside and Fife and the Sustainability Award, sponsored by investfife, was won by Greenheart Growers.

The editor of The Courier Food & Drink magazine, Brian Stormont, commented, "There are some really exciting food and drink developments in Tayside and Fife that show off the amazing produce we have on our doorstep, whether that be in restaurants, bars or hotels or from the incredible artisan producers who work so hard".

Andy McGovern, director, said, "It feels fantastic to win this award. It reflects the hard work the whole team has contributed towards the development of our concept and everyone is so thrilled. I would like to especially thank our volunteers, who are the salt of the earth, they are all special human beings."
